Rental Service

All rental services are provided by Decoplace, sometimes in partnership with trusted vendors. When you submit a quote request, our team or an approved vendor will review and confirm your order.

Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes are valid only for a limited time and subject to availability.
• Orders are confirmed only after a deposit or payment is received.
• Availability of items is not guaranteed until your order is finalized.

Rates & Payments

• Minimum order for delivery is $400.
• Standard rentals are based on one-day use (delivery the day before, pick-up the day after your event).
• Prices do not include sales tax, delivery, or additional fees (setup, damages, labor, etc.).
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• All prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed.

Delivery & Pick-Up

• Local delivery fee: $75.
• Other areas & out-of-state: Delivery fees vary based on distance, timing, and location.
• Standard delivery hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Extra charges may apply for off-hour delivery, exact-time requests, or stairs/non-ground-level locations.
• Clients must ensure the venue is accessible for delivery and pick-up.

Responsibility for Equipment

• Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage from delivery until pick-up.
• Repair or replacement costs for missing or damaged items will be billed directly to the Client.

Liability

By renting, the Client assumes all risks related to the use, possession, transportation, and storage of equipment.

Decoplace is not liable for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or delays arising from the use of rented items. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decoplace, its employees, and vendors from any claims or losses.
